1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use DreamNest.

You agree not to:

• Use DreamNest for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Attempt to bypass subscription access
• Upload harmful or malicious content

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use DreamNest, an account may be required. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain its security.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DreamNest is a subscription-based service with no free version (aside from any free trial offered).

3.1 Payment

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You authorize the platform to charge you for recurring subscriptions.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Manage your subscription directly through Apple or Google.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, not DreamNest.

We do not issue direct refunds.

4. Dream Data & AI Processing

By using DreamNest, you grant us permission to:

• Process your dream content with AI tools
• Generate summaries, insights, tags, and patterns
• Use your logs to personalize your experience

We do not sell your data or use it for training external machine learning models.

You retain ownership of all dream entries you create.

5. Intellectual Property

DreamNest (including branding, design, algorithms, and app content) is owned by DreamNest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the app
• Repurpose its assets or branding
• Use DreamNest content outside the app without permission

6. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

DreamNest provides AI-generated insights for informational and entertainment purposes only.

DreamNest does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological counseling
• Diagnosis
• Professional therapeutic support

You acknowledge that dream interpretations are subjective and AI insights may be imperfect.

If you believe you are experiencing mental health issues, consult a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamNest is not liable for:

• Inaccurate AI interpretations
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Decisions made based on dream insights
• Unauthorized access to your account

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• We discontinue or modify the Service

Upon termination, your access ends but you may request export or deletion of your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as DreamNest evolves. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
